When our system was installed 3 years ago we had nothing but problems.

First it made our telephone not work, First line said it was the phone companies problem, so we had the phone company out.  Bell South said NO. First line had not installed the system correct. We disconnected the system and our phone worked fine.  So I called First Line and told them the happy news.  They came out, cut a HUGE hole in my wall and said hey fixed the problem. I picked up the phone and no dial tone.  Now I had a huge hole in my wall, wires going everywhere and no phone or security system. I told the guy to just disconnect his system so at least I had a phone that worked.  He did so and left.  Than I started getting numerous calls daily saying my system was sending out a alarm and to put in my code.  Well of course putting in the code did not work because my system was not even hooked up which I explained over and over again.  Ths went on for months.

Now...3 or so years later I get some letter from someplace call Criticom saying my account is past due and I owe 150.00 and the last months payment etc. etc.  I cant get them to call me back, although they give me a website to go to...there is no such website, and they are threatening to ruin my credit.

All over a system that never worked and I was never billed for!!!!
