Firstline Security is one of the larger "sub-dealer" alarm companies. That means if you become a Firstline client, your system will be installed by Firstline, but monitored by a different company. Depending on where you live, you could be monitored by Alarm.Com, Monitronics, or Counterforce.

Me and my wife was offered a home security system from Firstline with free upgrades and all! Shouldn't have fell for this!!
First they interupted my 2yr old's birthday party, alarm sales and installation! We agreed though. We also told them we would be moving to another house and would need the system transferred. They said," no problem, your an advertising home, we do it for free!" NOT!!!!!
Two weeks before moving, we called them six times, left six messages, and got no call backs till four weeks later. Then we were told that it would cost us $299 to reinstall at our new house. $199 if "WE" remove our old system! And we have a $99 instant rebate that is supposedly "not good." We called our salesman, because he left his # on our card and he said he only worked there last summer, he sold it to us on 11/02 07. He suddenly remembered and told us ok he will call his manager and fix this problem. Never called us back. We called him 2 days later and his phone was disconnected!! GO FIGURE!! So we tried to cancell and they told us we need to pay 100% of the rest of our contract, not 75%. We are screwed!!!! Called laywers and were told there is nothing we can do cause we signed a contract. We even tried to cancel the auto bank deduction, that doesn't work either! We are currently still dealing with this company and its been six weeks.
