Anyone buying an alarm system, needs to realize the system is only as good as the company installing it.
Since CSG only answers the alarms and dispatches, they are not fully responsible for what company you choose to install it. There a several dealerships ADT CSG ETC and most installation companies install for many Service providers. Advice, learn to use your system so that the only time police come is because someone is breaking in, and choose a good installer. Quit blaming the middle man.
Oh yeah read everybodies contracts, they all make you sign up for another year after the contract unless you cancel before the last month, blame your sales rep for not reading the whole contract to you.
Good luck and choose wisely, RATE / Installer / Sale rep knowledge = good alarm system.
