I have had my Brinks security system now for just over a year now. When I first had it installed I pretty much just had the plain jane system put in, but over the course of the year I have upgraded it many times at just the cost of the additional equipment. They charge me a five dollar a month service plan that has covered all my upgrades and any problem with the system should one arise.

In the Past I have been a ADT customer and an ALARM FORCE customer.  I am very pleased with my Brinks security system and the peace of mind that comes with it. Brinks is the best by far, they have went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. When my son was born I was concerned about his room needing window sensors. I called brinks and the scheduled a service call. When the tech arrived he informed me that I really needed window sensors and a glass break detector. I explained to him that at that time I could only do one or the other due to my finances.  The Tech went out to his truck then cam back in and said he had phoned is supervisor and explained the situation to him and that they would be discounting the sensors and the glass break detector to half price so really I would be getting all I needed for just what I had intended to pay. Doesn't that right there say Brinks CARES!

As for I the negative post on the page I don't get it, Sounds to me after reading most of them that some people who have posted comments here really don't understand how to operate their system.  I have only had one problem with my system and that was my fault.  I have running a new phone jack and Cut my phone wire since all the phones in my house were out my second point if contact is my cell phone then my father, I had forgotten my cell phone in my car and my father only lives a few blocks away so here comes my dad knocking at my door.... oops I guess I should mention that I have radio backup on my system.

I can't say enough good things about Brinks and their equipment!
