I have had them (Brinks) for nearly 3 yrs and my rates never went up versus other companies that I've had in the past.
Problems arise once in a while (whats that beep for? or whats this on my bill?) and every time they were quick to solve the problem and very friendly and professional. I almost got a wireless system with another company, upon the referral of a friend on a great deal, until that very friend suddenly and vehemently changed her mind since her system kept giving off false alarms. I learned from my brinks rep that wireless is less reliable but a quick install so alarm companies pay less to their tech and save money and its easy to convince people that its better. I'm glad I went with wired since it doesn't look any different from my friends system, and I dont get any false alarms (cept for the ones my kids cause by pushing buttons)
Right now I'm shopping to see if I can find a better rate, but looks like from the other reviews about other companies I would save lots more staying right where I'm at.
