I have had a Brinks system for over 11 years. Their fire protection system saved my life and the life of my two dogs.
To think I almost did not get the fire protection with my security!! I have never had any problems with my system. When I needed a door sensor moved, they were out within a day or so. I have only had to replace that battery in the system twice and the last time was just 3 months ago. I replaced my garage door and failed to put the Brinks sticker back on it and someone took their foot and hit my sensor before the door went completely down after I drove off. Too bad for them I had set my system!! It was my fault, the sticker and sign are back there now! It never just goes off for "no reason".
I asked a local police office in Dallas if they had a security system and they said yes. I was curious who a Dallas cop would use to protect their home...they said Brinks!
I have no doubt I made the right choice. Have heard too many horror stories about false alarms. I have never had one!
