Customer of Brinks for 8 years paying way too much, called to cancel service. Said I could not afford at this time, but hope to sign back on next year. They sent a service person the very next week to remove everthing.
Very rude person, who basically ripped everything off the wall and stuffed the wire into the holes. What kind of service is that? What if I wanted to renew my service at another time or I sold my home and the new owners wanted their service. He even went digging through my landscaping to pull the yard sign I forgot we even had!
I am very amazed at this companies terrible customer service. So much for customer retension. They had no interest in my future business. If they weren't going to be able to charge my credit card every month, they wanted nothing to do with me.
If I ever use another alarm service, it wont be with Brinks!
