I would like to respond to one of the posts concerning the validity of the apx sales guy that came to my home. The salesman actually referred me to this website while at my home. So after reading both negative and positive responses I felt it somewhat important to share my two cents to all those who read this.
I agreed to go ahead with the installation of the system. The sales person was very polite and asked me a lot of questions to find out what I would use the most out of an alarm. He was also licensed with my state and city.
He was also very clear about the details in the agreement. Also for those who are unclear about the terms of the agreement, I was not only told by the sales person, but by their corporate office during a survey while the sales person was at the house.
In addition, last week my alarm went off for no reason while I was at work. I called their customer service and they were able to tell me what sensor had triggered the alarm. They are extremely simple to work with.
So far I have had nothing but good to say about APXALARM. Thanks for following through with your promises.
