The young man who knocked on our door was dressed neatly and offered his ID early into his self-introduction. Because my husband manages a security system where he is a Facilities Manager, I called him into the conversation.
There was absolutely no pressure to accept the service, many important points were mentioned more than once for clarity (length of contract, cost, choices of coverage in the home) and questions were encouraged then answered completely.
Installation took place the same evening in less than an hour with placement of devices made in consultation with us. Phone calls with the company reps during the process were clear and also offered clarification of services. The installation was done professionally by the young men who offered to clean up the little amount of dirt caused by installation. Both service technicians explained all points of operation to us, politely repeating as necessary. One took the trouble to write a couple reminder notes on the back of the user guide to save our having to look up the most commonly used codes.
Our system has not been tested by a problem, but the simplicity of operation has been great. The salesman stopped by the day after installation to ask how the first night with it went, and asked if we had thought of any other questions. We are senior citizens and learned long ago to take responsibility for our purchases and contracts. That means to read well and ask questions, then hesitate for further research if those things are not adequate. At this point, I say we are completely satisfied with a system that meets all requirements of my husband's professional experience.
