This is the worst corporate business I have ever done business with.
First of I have 2 dogs a 8 lbs Shih Tzu and a 4 lb Chinhuahua that constantly set off the alarm. Then recently my home was burglarized. They came in through a second story window, pass the motion detectors on the 1st floor which set off the delay. They tore the alarm system off the wall.
I called APX and they explained that as long as they did it before the alarm went off before the delay ended a trouble signal would have never made it to the monitoring center. They are incompetent. Major alarm companies receive trouble signals when the alarm is malfuntioning.
This company is the worst and I am in the process on filing a civil lawsuit to terminate my contract because of their incompetence and receive my homeowners premium deductible. I would never recommend this company to no one. My insurance agent requested a copy of the work order that the alarm was actually fixed and they did not keep them on file in the corporate office.
