APX alarm is amazing. Not only did my sales representative talk me through the contract but he even told me how to cancel if I had any problems.
He left me his personal number and even came over on a Saturday 2 weeks after installing the system to show me how to use some of the features with more depth. I was not lied to and read through the contract. I did shop around and there is no other company that can offer the same amount and quality of equipment for that price. If you think your sales rep is lying about that you are crazy.
Not only that but when I was researching the company they received the customer service award from JD Power and Associates. They had the highest rated customer service of any company in the U.S. security or otherwise. They are the only security company to recieve it in the last 10 years.
I would never have gone with anybody else and If one of these sales reps knocks on your door I would tell any of my friends and family to sit down and listen to them because you will be given a distinctly unique opportunity.
