I have had an APEX alarm system for over a year and I am not at all satisfied with this company.
Actually their subsidiary company SAI has been terrible. I had a low battery on my alarm for 6 months before they got a technician out to replace the battery. I called 7 times and finally someone came out. I now have a low battery again (3 months later).
They told me they would credit my account for the time I didn't have service and now they said they will only credit 3 months. I think I am going to just pay the fee to cancel my service.
I have read some other reviews of this company that were pleased, and that may be the case if APEX is local for you. If not I would suggest using a local company. I'm in Charleston SC and they have to send out technicians from other companies.
I should have stayed with ADT... Lesson Learned!!
