We have had a good experience all the way around so far. The salesperson was very nice, and actually walked us line by line through the contract so that we understood all of it. I suppose it is just luck of the draw for who ends up knocking on your door....but our's was great.
The installer showed up while the salesperson was still there, and began working on the system. My only complaint is that the installer was at our house a little late in the evening, but it was worth it to just get it done and over with right away. We have had the alarm go off one time while we weren't home, because we forgot to latch the back door and our dogs pushed it open. We were notified immediately and it was resolved. I have called customer service twice with various questions, and they have always been very kind and helpful.
