The sales person totally misrepresented the abilities of this alarm system.
First he folded the bottom of the contract under so I never knew there was anything on the backside. Only later after having problems did I realize how LITTLE this company took any responsibility for.
He knew we had two cats and said anything under 70 pounds would not set off alarm. NOT TRUE! Reset it so it was not supposed to be set off by anything under 80 pounds. NOT TRUE. Now we are being told to lock the cats up in the unfinished basement or just make it so alarm goes off if window glass is broken. I refuse....
I feel far less secure than I did before I got the alarm. It has had 4 or 5 false alarms in two months.My job is being affected and I can't even sleep because I don't trust what is going to happen next with this stupid thing.
I want out of this misrepresented contract and my next step is to hire an attorney and go to the attorney generals office about it.
