Anytime you get someone at your door to try sell you something, you think it's a "scam" or someone is trying to rip you off. That wasn't the case with APX Alarm.
I had a very nice young man who was very nice and professional and I am one of the lucky promotional customer. They gave us a value of $2,100 for free, including no installation fee or activation fee. Just the monthly service fee. Their website might need a little improvement but overall I have been happy with their product. I have called their customer service dept and they have been absolutely professional and quick. Not sure why the other people had such a horrible time with them. Definately, something all homeowners, especially those with families, should invest in or maybe you will be one of the lucky promotional customers as myself.
