DO NOT GET IF YOU HAVE ANY PETS!!!!
The sales rep gave me a grand speech about how other companies have false alarms because of the pets. But with APX security they can provide service to customers and not have the problem of false alarms as long as the pets are under 35 lbs. I am now stuck with a security system that go off every time it's set because of my pets. My sensor is on the lowest setting. By the way, they are all under 15 lbs. We were told that if we want out of out contract , WE have to find someone to take take over our existing contract.
