My system was originally installed by APXAlarm System. Without my knowledge it was transferred to Security Associates International. This is when the problems began.
My system has not worked correctly for the past four and a half months. I have sent letters to and left messages for the president of the company. At this point I have had four or five companies in to service my system. It still does not work. Now they are telling me it must be something in my house that prevents the motion detectors from working.
