I am totally amazed that this company is in business.
I have had ADT for the last six years in my home. I recently called them to get more security on my property out of state. I explained to the customer service rep that I live in Florida and would like everything sent to my home address including billing. I was told I would receive a fedx the next day to fill out paperwork. It never came. I called and told them and of course got a different service rep. They told me it was mailed out and I would probably receive it the next day. It did not come.
To make a long story short we called everyday telling ADT we had not received their package. Our installation has now been put off due to the incompitence of these employees. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused to get on the phone. I called the president and of course he was not in. They turned me over to the executive corporate customer service as they called it. They did nothing.
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with them again.
