I just got an ADT system.
The installers seemed to have limited knowledge on the options I wanted. The next day I did a test with company. While the system was grabbing my phone line no call was getting sent. So I wasn't being monitored. Had I not called the company to do this test I never would have known.
I tried to get the company to come out on the weekend to fix it, I didn't want to miss another day of work as I had for the install. They gave me the run around. Two days later I was told that there were no weekends appointments, period. I have set up one for over a week away on a Friday. I have not been able to get anoyone to address the fact that I am being charged fo monitoring during this time.
I am not impressed with this company.
