I think alot of these angry posts are not the fault of ADT but of some third party installer. I have had ADT in my home for 12 years and my parents had an ADT system in their home as far back as I can remember.

If you are going to get a system make sure you call the actual corporate ADT and not some dealer. Like I said, I have never had any problems and any questions I have are quickly resolved by ADT.

I have had ADT Security in my home for the last 8 years, and have been nothing less than pleased. I had one problem with my keypad, and they came the same day to fix it at no charge. When I moved from downtown Vancouver to Douglas Park, they moved my entire system free of charge.

I would strongly recommend ADT to anyone who needs a security system!
