Some already with other companies, some with ADT, and some with no one. As someone mentioned 99.9% of our customers are extremely happy. WE have over 6 million customers and these are these are the only mad people. Not a bad thing. Most people only post when they are mad. If they get what they expect then they are happy and don't post.
Most of these problems can be avoided. Most problems are because of some authorized dealers. So I would contact ADT directly 1-800-ADT-ASAP(238-2727).
Also once you get a system keep your sales reps card on file. If you have an issue contact them directly. They know the avenues of the company, who to contact, and how to contact them even when you can't. That way you don't have to deal with the customer service department or 800 numbers.
Your sales rep is the best customer service you can get. We go through a lot of training and 99% of the time know what to do.
If we don't, then we know who to ask.
